Product Details

The Automatic Fiber Laser Marking Machine, For Metal marks metal with high precision. It uses a Q-switched pulsed fiber laser that delivers 20 - 100 W at 1055 - 1070 nm and prints QR codes, barcodes and data matrix codes that remain legible. The unit runs from single phase 230 V AC. The semi automatic work area spans 175 - 300 mm plus handles characters from 1 mm to 10 mm tall. The beam moves up to 10 000 mm/s - a job finishes quickly. The spot size is at nano scale and the laser repeats at 20 - 200 kHz giving sharp, high contrast marks on metal while the room stays between 26 °C but also 30 °C with moderate humidity. Air cooling keeps service to a minimum. USB 2.0, Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi ports let the unit link to other equipment. A two metre cable separates the laser head from the control box - both parts fit where needed. AC power enters through a sturdy connector as well as the housing colour can be changed on request. The supplied software reads JSF, TTF and dot-matrix fonts and also imports DXF or PLT drawings - almost any artwork loads without trouble. The machine is built in India, held in stock or sealed for areas that have only mild dampness. Every pulse carries the full rated energy giving fast, clean marks on metal.
