Description

The Aluminum Nameplate Laser Marking Machine is a semi automatic unit built for accurate marking on metal. It runs on 230 V and draws between 20 W and 100 W from an Indian-made fiber laser that works at 1064 nm, the wavelength best suited to metal. The beam moves as fast as 8000 mm/s - a job finishes quickly while the mark stays clear. The unit ships from stock, ready for immediate use in any plant or workshop that needs hard wearing aluminum nameplates. Because the image is burned into the surface, it will not fade in heat, dust or oil. The hardware fits welding stations, assembly lines plus custom fabrication cells without further tooling. Once the operator loads the part and presses the start key, the cycle runs by itself but also returns the part marked and ready cutting idle time as well as raising daily throughput.
