Description

The Aldrop Laser Marking Machine prints precise marks at 10 000 mm/s. A fiber laser of 1080 nm wavelength supplies the beam - power choices run from 20 W to 100 W - steel, aluminium, brass and titanium all take a clear, permanent code. The unit needs 230 V mains plus works semi automatically - the operator places the part, the head follows a stored pattern then the part is removed - no ink or tool wear occurs. Built in India and held in stock, the frame is powder coated steel with anodised aluminium panels - the motion system uses servo motors but also belt drives rated for three shift factory life. Typical jobs include serial numbers on transmission parts, data matrix codes on surgical tools and logos on stainless panels. Because the beam is fibre delivered, the laser source is sealed - the only routine upkeep is a quick wipe of the lens. Buyers in welding shops, construction yards or material handling plants receive a machine ready for immediate production giving high speed, maintenance light marking without loss of accuracy.
