Description

The Axicon Comet 50W Fiber Laser Marking Machine is a semi automatic unit built for the car industry. It marks at 10000 mm/s - every stroke lands fast and exact on steel, aluminium, plastic or painted surfaces. A 50 W fiber laser drives the beam up to 1 mm deep leaving a permanent code or serial number that survives heat, oil plus road salt. The chassis holds a full duty cycle thanks to an internal panel type AC chiller that keeps the source at working temperature during long shifts. The machine arrives from stock, mounts on a standard line and needs only a 220 V supply but also compressed air to start. Operators load the part, press the foot-switch and the Comet repeats the mark in under a second. Axicon ships the unit calibrated as well as ready - no extra modules or software keys are required.
