Description

The 30W Fiber Laser Marking Machine marks industrial parts with high accuracy. It reads the PLT format and moves the beam at up to 12000 mm in one second. The work area measures from 110 mm to 300 mm - small or large parts fit inside. Power choices run from 20W to 50W - the beam cuts a deep lasting mark into steel, aluminium, plastic plus other surfaces without harming the part. The cabinet is designed for rooms that stay between 20°C and 30°C, the usual temperature of a workshop. The beam leaves the lens at a right angle - the energy spreads evenly but also every mark looks the same. One unit can keep pace with low or high production volumes because the supplier adjusts the internal parts to match the order. Car factories electronics plants and tool rooms use the machine to stamp serial numbers, bar codes as well as company logos.
