Description

The 1000 mm × 200 mm Fiber Laser Marking Machine runs on 230 V and delivers between 20 W and 100 W of controlled light. It marks at up to 10 000 mm per second - elevator plus pillar plates receive crisp, permanent codes and logos through a 1080 nm beam. Because the hardware is built in India, spares arrive quickly - the unit ships from stock but also slots straight into busy metal working lines. Aluminium and brass plates stay flat on the 1000 mm × 200 mm table - the beam follows programmed paths within 0.02 mm leaving black white contrast that survives abrasion as well as weather. No inks labels or tool bits wear out - the only routine task is wiping dust from the lens - stoppages fall and running costs stay low. A foot switch or front panel button starts the cycle - the operator places the next plate while the previous one is still inside the light guard - even short runs flow without pause. Manufacturers of elevators, cranes, switch-gear or structural steel gain a ready-to-run station for serial numbers, part codes and certification marks that must last the life of the product.
