100 W LASER MARKING MACHINE

The 100 W Laser Marking Machine is a semi automatic unit built for fast, accurate work on metal. It marks at up to 10 000 mm per second, runs on 230 V and uses a 20 - 100 W fiber laser that emits light at 1064 nm. The unit is manufactured in India, units are in stock plus each one leaves the factory ready for immediate use. It puts durable high contrast characters or graphics on steel, aluminium, brass, titanium and other metals without weakening the part. Fiber-laser light vaporises only a few micrometres of surface material - the mark is permanent but also crisp. Because the system is semi automatic, the operator places the part, closes the protective door and starts the program - the laser does the rest. This balance between manual loading as well as automatic marking keeps throughput high while the control requirements stay simple. The software imports vector files, serial numbers, bar codes, data matrix codes and logos - even intricate layouts are reproduced without extra fixtures or long setup times. The enclosure is rigid, the optics are sealed or the laser source is rated for more than 100 000 hours - the unit suits three shift plants in the automotive, fabrication and general-metalworking industries.
